Mascot Daemon
Most of the functionality of Mascot is visible through our web site. One
component that cannot be seen is the automation client: Mascot Daemon.
This is a 32 bit Windows application, bundled with Mascot, that can be used for batch
searching and other automation tasks.

turn-key software and hardware solution for high throughput protein
identification.

Mascot Integra is
a complete solution for managing and automating proteomics research.
It will scale to the largest projects, yet has a very affordable entry level,

Mascot Parser
Mascot Parser is
a toolkit providing an object oriented interface to Mascot result files. Mascot Parser
makes it easy for programs written in C++, Java or Perl to access Mascot results.
Mascot Distiller
Mascot Distiller offers a single, intuitive interface to
mass spectrometry data files from Agilent, Applied Biosystems, Bruker,
MDS Sciex, Shimadzu, Thermo, and Waters. A unique algorithm, which fits each
peak to a calculated isotope distribution, processes the raw data into
high quality, de-isotoped peak lists. Optional toolboxes support Mascot search
result review, automatic and manual de novo sequencing, batch processing and
quantitation.
There is also a developer's toolbox
that provides access to the API of the underlying COM library.
Mascot Distiller has a viewer mode for
browsing project files. This is an ideal way to supply
supporting data for a publication to a journal. Referees can drill down into every detail of Mascot
search results and quantitation reports without needing access to the instrument data
system or your in-house Mascot server. Beats printing out hundreds of annotated spectra.
Mascot Wizard
Mascot Wizard is a simple desktop tool that provides a drag and drop interface for
submitting peptide mass fingerprint searches to a Mascot server. Internally,
it uses the Mascot Distiller libraries to process raw data files into high quality peak lists.

products, physical shipment is normally within 7 working days. For products that
include computer hardware, please enquire. For shipment outside the UK and Japan, we deliver by courier.

normally be provided by email within 7 working days.

Faulty media will be replaced free of charge if we are notified within 14 days of delivery.

is no money back guarantee for this product.
