Data from BSA analysed on an Orbitrap using ETD. Cysteine residues reduced and alkylated with iodoacetic acid (+58). Can use precursor tolerance of 2 ppm and fragment tolerance of 0.1 Da. Trypsin with 1 missed cleavage.
