Mascot 2.6.2 patch release
Mascot 2.6.2 has been released. Updates from 2.6.0 and 2.6.1 for both Windows and Linux can be downloaded from the support page.
This patch release includes HTTPS support for Database Manager as well as a few bug fixes. Mascot now supports hardware with more than 64 logical processors. Additionally, a cache file error leading to the message “Protein sequence has changed” in Protein View has been fixed.
