Mascot Distiller 2.1 released
Mascot Distiller 2.1 is released. This update adds new providers for Agilent LC/MSD TOF Wiff files,
Kratos Axima 2.7 data, and Bruker baf files, (Apex, MicrOTOF). It is no longer necessary to install Applied Biosystems |
Sciex Analyst in order to
process Analyst Wiff files, (QStar, QTrap). Other important new features include support for Lockspray calibration
of Waters Masslynx data and peak lists can now be saved in mzData format.
