between
Waters and Matrix Science. Water’s
ProteinLynx Global Server (PLGS) can now submit searches to a Mascot server and display the results within
the PLGS user interface. Matrix Science gains access to the MassLynx raw file API, improving the
support for MassLynx files within
Mascot Distiller.
