Mascot Server 1.9 released
Mascot version 1.9 contains several important new features, details of which can be found here. Very briefly:- Mixture mode for peptide mass fingerprint search
- Semi-specific and mixed enzymes
- Extensions to error tolerant searching of nucleic acid sequences
- New import filter for Voyager data in Mascot Daemon
- Integrated database update script
